These X series demos feel half baked. Albeit slightly in a different price bracket, the Marco Sfogli runs for Ibanez Premium guitars are what Jackson should be going for in my opinion.

Sounds a lot like my Charvel DX1. Thin and tinny. And it's basswood too.
It doesn't sound bad, but it doesn't sound as nice as alder/maple or warm like mahogany/ebony.

Isn't he also tracking with some incredibly bad amp modeling software as well? His tone has that same digital gloss that Agile AmpKit has on my phone.
