They seem to have some great features for the price range and as RacerX said, the hardware would probably be of lower grade but you can always swap it out if you're not happy.

How wrong can you go with tonepros for the toms and the floyd rose special for the floyded guitars(the speacial is made in Korean just like the ones that come on the MIJ and MIA charvels, the only difference I think is the zinc saddles on the special and who knows what comes on the OEMs one higher end charvels)
