  • Okay what have you done for Electronix on an older Rhoads Pro?

I jumped the gun and posted this for sale in the classifieds and forgot that this was a project that I hadnt touched in like 13 years.

I had hack wired this thing just to single hum back in the day and just left the spaghetti cluster of wires in the cavity. It happened because it was missing the midboost when I got it.

Wondering if I should just do a volume, tone and then omit the midboost, or if it would be worth tracking down a 1200 for this thing. Something tells me that its not worth it and no one would really give a shit. I am just trying to fix this one up and get rid of it. I figure I have 130000 pickups around here so a set of duncans can be easily arranged.

So what should I do with the extra space just but in a dummy pot?

    Ideas?/

I would do same control layout as modern RR1. Master volume and two tones.

I don't use the tone control so I wire them up as volumes for each pup, that way if I want the front pup lower to do a clean part I can set it and just flip the switch.
Maybe 2 volumes and a tone?
