Thanks for all the advice. I'll take $600 with me on Monday and really look it over. I think they would jump on that price. They are on the high end pricing-wise, but they don't seem to keep stuff for very long, which leads me to believe they wheel and deal a lot.

Sorry, forgot to post the aftermath. I went back that following Monday with $600 cash, and someone had already put it on layaway. I asked them if they would have taken $600 for it, and "probably not", as my answer. That's ok, I didn't need it that bad.
