Hello all and welcome to my first post. For the past few weeks ive been reading these forums and decided it was time for a new guitar, for my first jackson. I have read good and bad things regarding the DK2M, so as you can imagine i was relieved when my new DK2M in snow white arrived and proved to be what i assume is one of the better guitars. No neck pocket problems, dodgy binding, unreliable tremolo, bad electronics etc. The finish is flawless, the neck is fast and smooth and the electronic are quiet. Of course i had to set it up to my own preference (lowered the action and altered pickup height) but i have never had a guitar in which this was not the case (even my les paul standard came with a bizarre action). The action is now very low and has minimal fret buzz. You guys (some of you at least) really weren't joking about how good the build quality on this guitar is; it equals and possibly betters my usa strat! Hope my attached pics work; i threw in one with the les paul for comparison.
