Mod 4 String Hooks

Does anyone know what type Kahler system was installed on the Mod 4's when they came out. I'm trying to get some string hooks to replace the broken ones that are on there now. I don't have the guitar in front of me right now, so I can't physically look at it.

I have a 86 black model 4 with kahler.
