Yeah...apart from the logo that is.

It is probably legit. A few Charvel models had that dog-awful headstock before they went with the pseudo-strat "sears" headstock.

Looks like an ST Custom with a changed pickguard & a hum in the bridge instead of the two stacked hums side-by-side.

It is a ST Custom. Headstock aside, these are great guitars. They are very well made and play great.
