Does anyone know what model this is? I haven't seen another like it anywhere or in any catalogs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's an LS-1. They were made around '92 and have the same body as the Jackson Infinity from the same period. The Infinity had a pointy headstock & diamond inlays rather than the "gumby" headstock. I think it's pretty cool, especially the goldtop. -
