no. All Fusions had 24 frets.

I think mine are Jumbo. My OEM Charvel Fusion Deluxe has very little playwear (bought it about 6 mo. ago on ebay). The frets feel like my 2 USA RR1's. Definitely bigger than Gibson OEM or the Fender medium jumbos I've tried. My newer DK-2 might have slightly higher frets (super jumbos?).

I've got three (some that I need to part with after buying Travis' 750XL), but none with a maple board.

They are great axes, good luck on finding yours.
