• Another n00b needs help

    Hello all...
I have what I believe is a model 475, and it is in need of neck adjustment (very humid summer this year). The only thing is, I don't know what size truss rod wrench it needs. I searched this board, as well as both the Jackson and Charvel sites, but couldn't find anything...if anyone can help, I would be most grateful. I'll attempt to add a picture for model identification. The headstock is black with the white script logo.

    TIA

I'm almost positive that it will take a 7mm truss rod wrench. Welcome aboard!

I'd say Dg is correct. The 7mm wrench fits my Jackson and both my Charvels.

And yes, that looks like a Charvel 475 DLX. I think those were made between 1989 and 1991, when Jackson/Charvel imports were at the peak in terms of quality and features. If Tekky comes along, I'm sure he could verify this.

        Yeah, it's a 475DLX, I've got one in white.

        A quality guitar indeed
