Replacing Model 4 Output Jack

Hi all,
My model 4 output jack has shattered and I am pretty hopeless at electronics.
I bought a 2 pin Jack before having a proper look, so I guess thats useless on the active electronics. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]
Does anyone have instructions / link / diagram so I can obtain the correct replacement jack and resolder the 3 wires to the right places.

I believe that you need a stereo jack. I don't know about the size though... Sorry I can't help.

Here's a schematic for the active midboost that includes the jack wiring. As far as what stereo jack to get, I think you'll be OK as long as it fits in the hole under the jack plate. I think it's 3/4", and the original jack fits in there pretty snug.

Thanks for your responses. Getting hold of a stereo Jack shouldn't be a problem and that wiring diagram is exactly what needed.
