What model of charvel is this?

I found this incoplete what looks like a model 5 to me.
Can anyone confirm this, i might be able to get it really cheap.

I'd be suspicious for neck or headstock damage with a refinish like that, though. (Unless this was a stock color I'm unaware of?)
