Were all the bodies made from Basswood, or were the models made specifically for sale in Japan made from Poplar? I know they were all manufactured there.

That's correct. Most of those early 90's Japan-only models were made of Poplar instead of Basswood.

I have 4 predators of different colors all toothpaste logo, and the bodies are a lot different then the body in your pictures.

There's one on craigslist near me for $400 the whole guitar including the case, he will take $300. I tried to purchase it a few weeks ago but he was so slow to get back to me I had purchased something else, that's when he lowered his price to $300. https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/...453924201.html
