San Dimas grover head upgrade

I have developed a hatred of the grovers on my MIJ guitar

Would like Gotoh, or Schaller M6 but not sure if any of theirs will be a direct replacement ? I want to use the stock holes.

Anyone done an upgrade on these tuners ?
