Aliennation is the seller, dude's a joke. Not sure of the authenticity of the guitar, I just know he is always pricing stuff way to high.
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

It's been discussed a few times, the guitar is a legit Japan-only model. The seller is on crack.

Likely the market is too small to get an accurate estimate, but I would guess about half or less than the cost of a USA JEL model. $800-$1000 at most. More likely $500-$800

                    Recently Completed

I just finished mine. All the correct parts. Took about 3 years to collect all the pieces. Plays like butta'.
I can't seem to post a picture though.

You need a photo hosting site... like imageshack or photobucket....

Real one? Probably closer to $1500... it's a Chushin Gakki Holy Grail, of which there aren't many. $1000 would be a steal.

It's real. JEL-9 stamps on neck and body. It took a long time to find the correct pickups.
The pot and switch have been upgraded but I have the originals.
