  • NGD Charvel So Cal

Picked this up today, on CL for 575.00,with original case, hope that's about right price wise? Opened the case, fell in lust with it, played it, and had to have it, really like the rounded edge on the fret board, fits my stubby little fingers fantastic, the sickness continues,

          Nice score!
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

congrats, that looks killer man! Anything under $600 for a mint condition MIJ seems like a great price to me. I'd be surprised to see the used prices drop much, considering they aren't making them anymore.

Japan plant closed, there are still some floating around in some shops, but they are not making them anymore.

The white ones are the least common, and usually the most expensive of these. I was looking around a lot and on average the white ones are fetching about $750 used or $900 NOS from ebay dealers.

Thanks for the info, the hunt begins, do the So Cals have a different neck on them, from the usa san dimas guitars ?

Don't have a USA, but I've read here that they are pretty much the same except that the rolled edges on the Japanese necks is more drastic and almost looks scalloped from the side (doesn't feel scalloped though, just has that depressed look from the side).
