what pup is this in my model 2?

I was told dimarzio? not sure of the model, it has way too much bass sound to it, very boomy.

Did you pull it out and look for markings or a sticker on the back?

Looks like an X2N or D-Activator-X (both Dimarzios), but looks don't tell everything.

Pull it out and look , mess with the height of the pick up and get where it sounds the best.

There was just one in the classifieds for $20 shipped. Post a wtb ad in the classifieds and you will find one at a reasonable price.
