i dont know you tell me it has the one that came with the guitar equipped with the jt6 mi main concern is not adding extra holes in the headstock because its a mint 3dr headstock

i went a head and compared it to my model 4 equipped with a kahler and the screw holes look to be a exact match, so i ordered one off e bay 17$ with shipping hopefully it works.2009 black sl1 usa

Have you taken the string lock off and checked the wear?
You can file the underside of the housing and flip the blocks over.
I've done this, works great and its free.
