Not all Floyd recesses were done for low profile trems. Early ones were done merely so the rear of the trem didn't crash into the body when pulled up. The lack of an address on the neckplate is a sometimes (but not always) indicator of Japan market only. I had a seafoam green surfcaster once that had a plate with no address.Comment
