Wiring diagram for 3 mini-toggles?

I've searched but most threads contain dead links to images, so...

Can someone supply me with a diagram for how to wire the 3 mini-toggles on my Model 4? I've got my new EMG's all wired up, save for the switches, and while I'm pretty certain of how to do it I'd like to have a diagram to be 100% before I start soldering.
