Need Help!!!!!!!

OK....... I'm going to put in some new pickups in my Fender Stratocaster and I won't to know if I can put in a Humbucker in the bridge and a single in the Middle and another Humbucker in the neck.

Will that work or will it have to much hummmmm or something and do they have to be the same brand or watt or something.
