Has anyone ever tried to deal with them? I want to order a neck, but they have barely responded to my emails and didn't even answer my questions. Called the number, but just got an answering machine.
Has anyone ever ordered a 24 fret strathead neck from them???
Here is what I need to know:
They have two options for 24 fret necks - with extended fret board and without extended fretboard.
Is the extended fretboard like a normal Jackson 24 fret neck that actually extends past the end of the neck about 3/8" or is it like Warmoth's compensating extended neck that goes out over an inch?
I just want a real true 24 fret neck to go with a body made for 24 frets. Which one do I order??? Thanks.
