Other than my Charvel, my favourite guitar is an old 1984 Kramer Pacer Special that I bought from a forumite on HC - he bought it new in 84 and it was his #1 until he sold it to me. It's not much to look at, the frets are pretty messed up, and it has a bit of tuning stability after a couple hours of intense whammying, but it sounds great with the stock Schaller pickup, and just feels so homey when I'm putting it through its, uh, Paces. *hears chorus of groans*.

here's my kramer. it started life as an ESP made 86 baretta. i broke the neck and got a neck from a music yo 1984. then i had it painted like the 5150. i like it. it has become one of my main players.

Wow! You have a Peavey Decade! That was my first amp. I got it brand new with a Vantage Avenger back in like 1979 or 80!
