  • Fender Strats with olde school necks...

    I have one of them reissues with a 70's style neck with the big head and the 7.25" fingerboard radius. The action is kinda high and strings are stiff. When I play it, I sound like crap. So I made a decision.

    I'm going to just play the strat from now on. I CAN get beautiful singing strat tones out of it, but they come rarely. I figure if I do all my playing and practicing on this axe, I will be hella better at playing eZ-bOb and my Kramer Nightswan.
