Saga guitar kits

Anyone out there ever had any experience of Saga guitar kits? I've seen them advertised, and they look like they could be a cheap and fun project.

There was a topic her on the JCF either in this sub-forum or in the Tech Q&A sub-forum. Do a search. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] I was actually going to try one out and give a report but changed my mind.

I have seen the components up close, and it looks kinda cheap, but then again they are only like 100 bucks.
