ESP's LTD's

Hey, I was wondering what are the differences between LTD and ESP models? I know LTD is an ESP but is it cheaper than an ESP-written-on-headstock ESP guitars?

LTDs are the low end models of ESPs. They are made in corea, while the ESP are made in japan, and I think USA.
They are cheaper(not as cheap as I would like), but look nicer than the ESPs.
Is like the Squier guitars for Fenders and the Epiphones for Gibsons...
