    Man, that is nice!

I bet it screams with the Duncans. How's the weight?

^Thanks, I had never seen an epi with that headstock before I moved to Singapore.
She’s got the long tenon, no weight relief so she’s pretty heavy, but not crazy heavy. I’ll have to revisit that question after a long session, standing, .. lol

Is that some Asia exclusive? Here in the US the Gibson "open book" head is something never found on Epis.

        I kinda like it.

Yeah, I guess for a few years, around the late 90s, Epiphone had the “Japan Domestic Model”. This one is a LPC-80.
The build quality is great. I haven’t played a gibby in years, and I’ve never played another epi, so it wouldn’t be fair for me to compare.

            Cheers

Congrats.....love the Gibson headstock. Always had an issue with the Epi shape.

That's a great looking Epi! I had a MIJ back in the late 80's and it was great guitar.

Pretty cool site. That dark rosewood? Looks like ebony in the pics.

Dark slab of rosewood, hard to tell from the picture, it’s browner in person. The LPC-90s are ebony, but seem to be hard to find.
