Can't say I like the look of it! No doubt plays well and has great features but........urgh!

Looks like a cross between the MM Bongo bass and a Vigier or like an old Ibanez Maxxas!

I saw it at NAMM and posted some pix of it. While I like the original JP6 design better looks wise, this one isn't too bad looking. I wish they would make the color gloss rather than semi gloss/matte like it is now. Mystic Dream looks much better in gloss.

Yup- not getting any GAS from the aesthetics of it but I like some of the control options- those push/push pots are cool- I have one for coil tap being installed on a Hamer V and will eventually put one in my LP. The on-board push/push booster also seems like a cool option.

I like some of the features but the look just doesn't do it for me. Maybe it looks better in person. Reminds me of a parker or something. I'd say that it does play extremely well though. At least they did something completely different and not just put a new paint job on the same model. I give them kudos for that.

please don't insult the ibanez maxxas like that...i owned 2 of them and while strange looking they were both phenomenal guitars that sounded unlike anything else...lol...while i imagine the majesty probably plays and sounds killer...i just can't get by the look of it...d.m.
