I recently picked up a Les Paul Custom 1974 Reissue in the same color. I have already converted it to a Rhoads clone as well except that I still have to get the pickguard engraved. That way the 74 Reissue can go out on stage while the original 74 is stored safely. The original 74 still has its factory frets with binding over the fret ends. Most 74's have been re-fretted by now and almost always lose the fret nibs.
Everytime I see a cream white LPC I feel like it should be converted to a Rhoads clone

Great looking guitar there. I've always wanted a Les Paul.

Off topic now. Michael Scarn!!! I love The Office. I have a Dunder Mifflin t-shirt and friends ask me what it is. I say, "It's only the largest paper supply company in Scranton. You haven't heard of them?" Then they look at me like, huh? Even one of my co-workers asked who Dunder Mifflin is, and she claims to be a fan of the show. I had to explain it to her and then told her that she's no fan of the show. OK, I'm done.
