  • B.C. Rich stealth 7 sighting

A shop in my town has a 7 string stealth and played it some today and wow what a cool guitar.Love the shape always have.
EMG's which are OK not mind blowing IMO,ebony board and diamond inlays.
Plays really well and the OFR is rock solid. Its stamped "B" on the end of the fretboard but I cant find anything wrong with it visually.
May have to try my hand at a 7 again.
    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Is this the Marc Rizzo Sig? I saw Soulfly a while ago and he used a 7-string stealth with EMG's and an OFR for songs in B tuning, for D tuning he used a six string Chuck Schuldiner model with the single X2N

      Awesome looking guitars!

Yeah its his sig.Pretty cool guitar I liked it a lot.
I had an Ibanez 7 for a while and didn't really care for the feel of it so it found a new home.
The BCR has a much better feel to it.
        Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Mine sings, excellent deep tone and sustain, excellent neck.
Actually don't mind the emg's in it, it just sounds good. Is a bit neck heavy tho when standing up, have a good thick strap.
I also just naturally rest my arm on the upper wing, for standing extended periods like practice can get uncomfortable but a 45 minute gig no problem.
I was standing 4 or 5 hours at practice with it tho so. Other than that it's one of the nicest 7 strings out there imo, metal as fuck yeah.

I always loved the Stealth, but unfortunately, unless you're a little guy, they look kinda funny on you. Seriously, I'm 6'2" and 210 lbs, and I borrowed a friend's NJ Stealth once. It looked tiny on me.

They always looked good on Chuck Schuldiner though.

the 7 string is bigger than an original stealth, 25.5 scale, it's regular size.
