The are the "Tributes" - the imports. Good stuff though. Time will how the Kahler will hold up, but I'm pretty easy on gear. Like I said, I had an original Rampage from about '84 or so, and these are every bit as good. Actually kinda heavy too! Much more playable than my "real" one - better neck profile and the frets are better size too.

Local Music Go Round. I have a buddy that works there.

The more I play them, the more I like them. Great guitars for what I got them for - serious bangage-for-the buck.

The tributes are sweet. It's funny, in my almost 30 years of playing guitars poorly, I have yet to play a guitar with a kahler. I think I'd actually like them too.

Hey I just played a Tribute Rampage for the first time last weekend. Not bad - but after playing a real Kahler for years I can say the "X" Kahler felt and looked like a POS to me.

I really liked the way the Rampage looked, felt and sounded - very nice. Actually - all Tributes I've played have felt and sounded really good. So anyway - now I have Rampage GAS.

                        Uhuh. Same here.

Hey chrisolson, how consistent do you think the Tributes are? If you compare your two with eachother?
                        Thanks

They all look good! Are the imports also made of solid maple like JC's original? Might be why they're so heavy.
