Summer NAMM - Worth Going?

Is anyone out there planning to go to the summer NAMM? Does Jackson display there?

I am going to have some vacation time to burn, and was thinking about driving down there and checking it out.

not planning on attending, but i was told at winter namm that summer namm will be the mass rolling out of the jackson - huge catalog, bigger displays, etc. it could certainly be the one to go to.

Well, I guess that answers that question, and means I will probably hold off on ordering the RR1 I was planning on. I will be curious to see if there will be any more options for the RR1 (24 frets? Gold hardware on transparent finishes?).

For winter NAMM, someone was offering passes on the board here. Is there anyone who could get me a pass for the summer show?

good luck on the passes. most of them came from gmw (and i don't think they go to summer namm) and lee caught hell for ordering that many passes. i got mine from fender. you may want to contact some of the dealers listed here on the dealer page, and see if they can be of any assistance.....? other than that, i'm outta ideas.
