What kind of Charvel is this. Black finish, one pickup, maple fretboard with black dot inlays, bolt on neck. Jackson tuners. The logo looks like a guitar, but with Charvel name in it. Than right below it says by Jackson/Charvel. Does that mean it's not even a Japan made Charvel or whats up. It doesn't say where it was made so I'm hoping I didn't get ripped off.

Edit: Also the tremolo is a standard non locking one.

That's just where the corporate office was, trust us, it's made in Japan. It's a great playing guitar, enjoy it! You don't want to tell us what you paid for it, do you?

More than $200 and less than $500. It's in great shape though. No cracks or any dents that show wood. Minor pick scrathes and one little nick at the headstock. Nothing noticeable unless you looked for it.

I gotta say though, there are days where I would HAPPILY pay $500 for a model 1. They are such enjoyable guitars.

Not it wasn't that far away from $500. I just always wanted a single hum guitar made by Charvel/Jackson and I finally found one. I could have bought a new Jackson DXMG for the same price, but I am much happier with the M1. The only reason I paid more for my M1 is, because I got it from a guitar store and not someone I knew. I know the price was a bit high, but I didn't have a choice as it was a spare of a moment chance that I had some money and that guitar called my name. The chances I would find that guitar being sold for less by some guy off the street would be slim, so I bit the bullet and paid more for it. If the guitar wasn't in as great shape it is I would probably have moved on. Also I got to actually play with it before I bought it so I knew what I was purchasing. Buying used online is a big ass risk. Never know what you will get.

In my opinion no guitar is worth more or less than what you´re willing to pay for it, so enjoy it! The Model-series Charvels are killer.
