Very nice AXE. I love any guitar with chicks and
warbird graphics.
On my SL2H I had the same problem of hitting my
volume knob and dropping off the volume.
I just reversed the wiring so my bridge pickup was the back knob and my neck pickup is the forward knob. No more problems.

Something I've noticed with certain models is the trem arm is very short, causing it to hit the knob. My OFR is a little taller and clears the knob just fine.
Anyone know where to score Schaller arms that are tall like the OFR?
And most women don't go outside topless, so their boobs are not as tan as their arms and legs, especially given that this is a WWII-style airplane graphic - a woman with tan boobs was considered a *****, while pale/pasty boobs on a woman was preferred, as it meant that she wasn't going around topless like the *****s did - sorta that "Girl Next Door" appeal. Sure, she slept with every guy in town, but not outside in broad open daylight [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Ken, I hear you, my Warrior Pro has EMG's. But, the good thing about low output pickups is that if you use a high gain tube amp, WHOA! They push it better and sound fatter to me. So for high volume playing nothing beats a low output pickup through a high gain rig.

I just stuck an EMG 81 in the Pro I got from you.
I just nipped out the "ears" and dropped it in slanted kinda like yours. Sounds awesome now!
I had that config in the white one I owned briefly, only that one had an SA in the neck pos.

I hear ya though about driving the Armstrongs hard thru a Marshall (well...Mesa Dual Recto in my case) They can sweeten up a bit (admittedly) [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
