When you expect locknuts and trems to be installed properly and you don't have xray vision to see missing wood around screws, there is no way of telling how a locknut or trem would be installed unless you dis assemble the guitar. Dont you think? and why should anyone dis assemble a new guitar? I just don't see how this problem could be the buyers fault anyway.........
