• Information on Jackson JTX???

    Hello

I have one of these really cool machines, black, S-H, Maple fretboard.

Unfortunately, Jackson has horrible customer service and I cant find any information about these guitars. Does anyone have some info about when this guitar was made, how long it was made, how many were made, original value, current value, ect.

    I would really appreciate it.

              I dunno. I don't have one. I wouldn't mind having one though...

                Re: Information on Jackson JTX???

I had one of the necks off one of those, and it's the thinnest bolt-on Jackson neck I have found - it's as thin as the Mustaine KVPro or 97 RR1 I had. I had it on a DK2 HRF body for a while, then put it on a Performer Kelly body. It was killer on both, but moreso on the Kelly. I had to cut the neck heel to match up, as it goes all the way to the end of the fretboard.

While I'm not a fan of the Telecaster-style bodies, I'd love to find another spare neck someday

We used to sell those back in the day. They were pretty cool and sold fairly well.
