    That one's more expensive than the one I got, and it looks like it's got more wear on the floyd.

        I had the all black one. I wanted the granite dinky with the maple board, but MF was out at the time so I settled on the black one with rosewood board. I had it for about 6 years before I sold it. I wore the frets out pretty bad, but it still sounded killer. I never changed the pickups out, but looking back on it I should have. I know the guy who designed the granite finish. He owns a shop in town. He showed a custom shop guy how to do it. Next thing you know Jackson was finishing alot of guitars like that. He didn't have a patent so he lost out. Thanks to him you have a cool paint job on one killer axe.
