  • Jackson Monarkh Pro , Pickup swop...

    Hi , I have a 2016 Monarkh pro , I replaced the stock AH1-1 Actives with a set of SD JB/JAZZ pups.

Im just curious , I saw Jackson did the same for the 2018 models using a Set of SD JB/59 ,

    BUT

They used the F - Spaced JB , Mine isnt .. Im just trying to figure out what the difference in tone would be ?

Don't know if it's the case for you, and many would argue differently, but with my Floyded Fusion with J200r singles and J85 hummer, the bar pieces are so narrow,
that an upstroke on the Low E sounds audibly different to a downstroke (and vice versa on the high E)

It all depends if your bridge is F-Spaced
The fact that Jackson would use only F-Spaced p'ups isn't that strange since they have no alignment issues with regular spaced bridges
and buying one type of p'up saves in money and mistakes
