Jackson Fusion with 25.5 neck???

Does anybody know if you can bolt a 25.5 neck on a Fusion body and still have proper tuning/intonation? I Thank you kindly for any insight.

From what Ive read (and seems logical), if the Fusion had a 24 fret neck, then you put on a 25.5 22 fret neck, it would work but not a 24.

I have one I'm trying to find a short scale neck for because of this issue. It's close but not quite, the saddles are back as far as they will go.

I've had a 24 fret Fusion neck on a PS6T Kelly body (made for 24 frets 25.5") and it worked fine - intonation was spot on.

I assume you could go the other way.

But I think both neck and body should be fore the same number of frets (22 or 24). So a 22 fret neck with a 22 fret body or a 24 fret neck with a 24 fret body.
