Intonation setup?

I've just bought Jackson (Kickasson!) DXMG, and it rocks.

Well, I'm wondering how to set up the intonation on guitar? I don't claim it's not okay but for further reasons and setups.



I have this tremolo installed on my guitar but in black colour. Well, colour does not matter, but just to inform you.
