All:

Got back from NAMM today. The link below will go to a web page full of thumbnail links to larger images. I have about half of my pics posted now, and will finish posting the rest on MOnday, so check back Monday evening.

The Kelly is a 24 3/4" scale, not 23 3/4". Sorry, I'll edit the page when I add more pics today.

I was there on Friday. I was in the Jackson booth 15 minutes after the show opened, and would have been there sooner if I could have found their booth faster!

Cool pics. Thanks for sharing! Especially the shot of the RB DK1. That color looks sweet.

Thanks for all the comments, guys. The rest of the pics are now posted.

To those who looked at the first set of pics, note that I stuck the BC Rich and ESP pics following the Fender pictures, so don't miss them. Definitely check out the Planet of the Apes ESP custom. Of course, it should have been a Kelly and hanging in the Jackson booth!

                          nice job with the pix!

the home plate guitar was originally intended for reggie jackson, but never given to him.

where's the 24 fret rhoads? i didn't really notice one, but i really liked that green one hum soloist with flames. pretty cool.

The 24 fret Rhoads wasn't there. I asked McD about it, and he said it definitely will happen.

The only new models on display were the KV and the SLS.

                              Strangletooth:

Sounds like you had a great time. I only went to the show on Friday, and actually started driving home Saturday morning. Had good weather both days down and both days home. Sounds like I was a lot luckier than you!

I thought Brian was really cool, and he spent a lot of time talking with me. I kept telling him "Dude I know you're here to work, so don't let me distract you from your customers", but as soon as he'd finish with his customers, he'd come back and we'd chat some more.

Would have like to have met you guys. Maybe next year!

                              - E.
