From the logo on the headstock, it's a custom Jackson so anything was possible back them. I have looked at that guitar a lot and can never make a decision about it

It is probably a combination of paint and pencil. The giveaway is the painted pickups as they typically do not laminate those.

Yeah that one popped up on my radar last year. I'm sorta kinda tempted. I'd prefer dancing skeletons as far as pencil sketches go...
