    I ordered 10 of them. One for each bedroom, bathroom, and car so I am never very far from one.

    Problem is, I dont have enough money for amps now.

    At the Guitar center in king of Prussia PA this local dude made a replica of it and its like perfectly identical to it for 2,000 bucks i think i might go buy it rather than $20k on a new one

    If you mean by Chip being an FMIC employee your right. If you mean he works on the Fender side building strats your wrong. Chip is a Jackson/Charvel man.

    Since we're all guessing here, my guess is that the Frankie project was started before Ed & Fender made the deal for Ed to get his own whole product line. Now that he has his own line, the Frankie is a great way to make a big marketing splash. If he really had a problem with the QC on the J/C side, he probably wouldn't have had those guys build the Frankies. JMO.
