• So I walk into my local Jackson/Charvel dealer...

Friday after work, I decided to check out some guitars. Mainly, I was looking for a black or white Rhoads. I went to a local store that carries alot of cool J/C's and didn't see anything and was about to leave. I look up, and there it was... I couldn't believe it. Gents, this guitar is friggen fantastic! This isn't even fair. What is Fender trying to do by reissuing these Charvels? Send me to bankruptcy? I couldn't resist because I actually got it for less than I paid for my one hum reissue.

Very very nice! That is my favorite layout. Two hums, 1 volume, and a 3 way. Nice score man.

Yep. 3D plate, ebony board too. The serial is 65xx...

The bridge pickup for some reason sounds alot warmer than the one in my 1 hum, even though it is the same model (TB14). The neck pickup is great too, I think it is a Pearly Gates.

Yeah, the pics kinda suck. Maybe I need to read the pic taking/posting tutorial.

I tend to go for the solid color stuff. I'm not really into the graphics. Black or white do it for me every time.

Yes...white guitars do rule....but what do I know???

                              Glad you like the axe!

The neck pickup should be a Duncan Jazz. Occasionally a Duncan '59 will be in there if we ran out of Jazz pickups....just like the old days! LOL

                              Enjoy!
