Neal Schon's Charvel Tele is here!

This was posted in another section recently, but most never saw it. A broker bought this guitar for me and I couldn't be happier. I spoke to Neal about it when he signed it - the serial # is 16-something, and it's a cool piece. If any JCF'ers have pictures of Neal playing this guitar, I'd love to see them. Thanks.

Hey Brett~ Just curious.... Neil is a right handed player but he's singing the guitar with his left hand.... Is it a reversed image or what? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

Yes, he writes left handed and plays right handed.

I play righty and write lefty... It was the way I was taught. My guitar teacher said it did not make a difference to him but later in life when I wanted to find guitars I would have an easier time finding a righty. It sounded good to me so I just did it. It really didn't slow me down because I was starting from scratch. In fact, I am glad I did because I rarely see lefty guitars that I would want new or used. It must suck to play lefty and have no choices... I play drums lefty though... Go figure!
