I am surely no expert but that looks like a parts guitar with a charvel decal on it. The headstock shape is weird. The body back contour is odd. But if you got it for cheap doesnt matter if its not a real charvel.

This. Seems like neck pocket size is wrong. And a 21-fret neck would be much earlier pre-production and wouldn't have a Floyd nut mounted through the back of the neck.

Yep. Neck heel should be 2 3/16 on a prepro neck, no skunk stripe, the angle of the headstock carve by the low E looks wrong. Brass side markers were only used really early, with dates of 88 and 93 being way too late. What's the route under the pickguard?
