The headstock looks a little off to me. Doesn't look like a strat head.

this is correct....that's about 96 made reissue with the somewhat ugly headstock. mahogany body and maple top. 24 fret neck.

BEAUTIFUL green finish on that one, though....

yeah it's a San Dimas III, I recently sold a IIIw...they're very cool guitars, sound great and very easy to play, but I don't think that one should go for over 800-900.
