$999 in the US. £999 in the UK ($1624). Although they end up being £899 ($1462).

I am definately going to order the one hum red rosewood. Any shops in the US fancy selling me one so that I can get it all in with shipping, tax and duty for less that $1462?

Man, the duty on that is going to be high. I don't think you'd be able to get it cheaper from US. But if you can do the number crunching, I'd like to see.

Shipping and import taxes will add approx 25% onto the price you pay in the US. Assuming of course you don't try to cheat the system which isn't advisable. Generally, I only had high end stuff sent from the US as the difference was worth it then.

So figure $1250 or so. So you'd save about 200 bucks which is about what, 120 quid at the moment?

Jacksonwolf (Steve) works at a guitar store in the UK and he might be able to hook you up though...
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

Cool stuff. I thought about using PJ's for a Charvel before.
