No, i'm not telling you you can't voice your opinion, however you tend to pop in just to say it's crap.
Personally when i first heard this band i was incredibly impressed, and in particular loved the sound tone and production as well as the execution.
As far as intonation, electric guitar in particualr intonation is shitty anyway, so yeah i hear it, however if the parts your talking about are whatr i'm thinking, this to me seems intentional, as with this type of music, breaking the rules is a given, to get a particular effect or twistedness ect..
and i welcome it in a lot of ways as it is out of the box thinking, and i like that.
Not everyone else will, i know that, and i try not to argue music, but i try not go out of my way to pop in to say it sucks shit either .
Dunno, i think it's great - so to hear someone slag it so bad, when it is clearly very well done, is a bit pisses me off.

Bitche's Brew is one of the most out of the box recording in the history... but you don't hear Miles Davis playing his trumpet out of tune... NEVER

You just named a bunch of my favorite all timers, but i still like this, i haven't picked it apart like you have i like it as a whole, some of his solos on the record meander a bit, so what, he has years to improve, and his band kicks fucking ass, by the way the actual records sound much better than the you tube clip, tho it won't change your opinion. The band is doing really well in the scene, and this guy is very much a guitar god to a lot of younger players.
In no way am i saying that this guy is even close to Uli or Michael but

And it's not even the solos really that im impressed most with, it's the riffs and the overall arrangement, and the bass player is fucking ripping too.
Their second album Epitaph is more of the same, but even better production, and cleaner playing. They are due out a new record since theyv been touring for 4 years on their last release.

I just don't think he is that good.... usually I respect musicians who are good even if they make music wich I don't like at all.... if a musician doesn't have the control over the most important thing--- keeping the notes in tune... then I don't have anything positive to say about it.

As far as the band goes... I don't hate it... just not my thing... I've heard better bands who make that kind of music.

The only thing I dig about that band is the drummer who played with them for a little time - Marco Minnemann... he is one of the best in the world... one of the few ones who has had the privilege to play in Buddy Rich Orchestra.... also a great session guy.... but I and many others wondered why the heck that dude is wasting his time in a band like this!!! he wanted to know how it feels to play with an extreme metal band as I've heard and perhaps he knew these guys because they are all German... that being said... I wish he would have choosen a better DM act.

they're both good players, IMO Loomis writes better music............period.
Now this guy is pretty good as well (and hopefully will be playing alongside Loomis on the next Nevermore tour).

Dude how can you be serious? You slag some really good shit, and some shit you like, i really like too, then i just don't get you when you make statements like this.
The band is fucking awesome on all levels.
AWESOME guitar tones, riffs and production, also love the vocals, that dude can play that shit AND do the vocals blows me away.
I can understand some never will be able to digest these kind of vocals, but the riffs and just sheer brutality and how clealy and tight it's played.
Saying its cheezy this and that is BULLSHIT, cause you only wish you were half as good.

I'm nearing 40 and love all types of music and tones styles ect.. but
This shit is fucking Tops, they have one of the best production, guitar sounds and musical ability of any band in the genre, as well as just in metal period. I love the guitar tones on this, it's fucking brilliant, great clean lead tone.
I know a lot of people like Loomis, but, Loomis' sound is about as derivitive as a guitarist could be, some shit just plainly ripped from the ultimate shredder handbook.
He's good, but original? Not even close.
I remember watching and playing against him back before he was in Nevermore in guitar competitions around Seattle, he always won, and sent me packing, but i'd never say he was original or broke any new ground.
I felt he would probably make it somewhere tho, just because he had the text book shit down so well.
There were better guitarists in my opinion around here that deserved to be huge from back in the late 80's early 90's that didn't get the recognition they deserved.
Anyone remember Forced Entry? Brad was far more original a guitarist than Loomis.
