grew up in jersey and was part of the nyc cbgb scene... i remember hanging out in jersey one day, checking out a flea market for "spikes" for my jacket and saw danzig shopping at the same flea market (back then only army and navy stores in flea markets had spikes for leather jackets); went up to him and chatted with him... very cool dude. but not one who laughs much....

shakira is the last person i think danzig would do a video with.... not even as a joke. well, maybe a video about "satanic love child"!
